    That is a very hard question. First I would know that they did and then I would probably figure out why they did it. I think the main thing is what did they do? Was it murder or something like switching babies? Gosh, getting gruesome here. Just dont think my best friend would ever do something horrible. If it is mental illness that caused her to do it, I think I could forgive her but I would hope that she would be away from others so that she could never do it again!

      Great answer, Carol! I think theres definitely a spectrum of forgivability, and youre right in that her mental state would definitely play a role.
