2011 marked the second year of Read in a Single Sittings existence, and its fair to say that a good deal of reading occurred. Although I didnt read as widely in terms of geography this year, female writers and local writers were far better represented, as were the classics. I also became better acquainted with the romance, middle grade, young adult and cozy mystery genres, although admittedly Im still barely scratching the surface of these.
Below are the books I awarded a rating of 4 stars and above this yearthe obvious caveat being that this list is limited to those books I actually read, and of course is in no way comprehensive! I still have a small backlog of reviews, so I may update this list over the next few days.
